1 Acceptance of Terms

4 Orders & Services

5 Return & Refund Policy

We aim to provide the highest quality service. However, please read our return & refund rules carefully:

5.1 Eligible for Refund

• If the service was not delivered due to a fault on our side.
• If you were charged twice for the same order by mistake.
• If the delivered service is materially different from what was described.

5.2 NOT Eligible for Refund

• If you simply change your mind after the order has been processed.
• If you provided incorrect information (wrong username, wrong ID, etc.).
• If the service was already successfully delivered and confirmed.
• If you violated our Terms & Conditions.
• If the delay was caused by third-party systems outside our control.

5.3 Refund Process

• Refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of order placement.
• All refund requests must be made through official support channels only.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 3–7 business days.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method whenever possible.
• All refund decisions made by SMM CENTER PK GO are final.

6 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• SMM CENTER PK GO shall NOT be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
• We are NOT responsible for any loss caused by misuse of the Platform by the User.
• We are NOT responsible for any third-party actions, service failures, or delays.
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific order in question.

7 Account Suspension & Termination

• We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account without prior notice.
• This applies to accounts involved in fraud, abuse, or policy violations.
• Any remaining balance in a terminated account due to violation may be forfeited.
• You may close your own account at any time by contacting support.
